The item was on its way to the house on the day it said it would arrive and UPS delivered it back to the source. Never told me what happened. Had to contact company and ask what happened. They said sorry we will reorder it. I asked if they could expedite it. That was five days ago.

I love the framed picture we purchased
I love the framed picture we purchased. It was exactly as ordered. Shipping was fast. BUT, the picture was not properly packaged for shipping. It was wrapped in clear plastic, then put inside a rigid corrugated cardboard box. The plastic got too hot and started melting and stuck to the picture, which stuck to the sticky corrugated interior of the box. Which then left corrugated line imprints on the surface of the canvas on the picture ruining the picture. The lines permanently on the surface which you can feel and see.

I used this company for years and they were fantastic! The last two orders never got out of ordered status, one order I paid extra for expedited shipping and it never went into production two weeks later. No live customer service anymore very very very bad production times, just such a shame because they used to be really good! Someone is driving this company into the ground!

Recent got divorced at 57 years old. I live in a 2900 sq ft home. Two living rooms 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. She was very good at home decore, but VERY girly!! Now its my MAN CAMP and searching the internet to replace. Ive recieved orders a few. They are rhe exact measurements I specified! They came a week BEFORE projected. Super LARGE selection and sizes. Super large choices of art media. Very large choice of styles.They have my bussiness. Ill be looking at their web site as I redo my HOM.

I used to order a lot from this company as I stage and flip homes. The prices have gone up so much and the delivery time is so long even with the $69 expedited fee. I do like the product but price and wait time are too long in this day and age when express shipping means 72 hours not a week.
