We started out at the Jaguar dealership for the repair, however, we were informed that the warranty would only cover a small portion of the work. We then had the vehicle towed to a European car garage. When they submitted a claim to GWC, the warranty was able to cover a bit more. Unfortunately, we had to pay the remaining balance. We do appreciate the part that was covered. We've used GWC in the past (on a different vehicle) where everything was covered. So overall GWC will come through. Thanks!
