Door delivery is a wonderful feature especially by very friendly drivers and personable owner. I do however wish your website was more reliable. It has been offline so times weeks at a time lately.

Your customer service is simply fantastic. There are no other companies with which I work that every person with whom I have spoken, from those taking my order over the phone to those delivering the meals, is polite, kind, patient, and helpful. I've been working with H2H for 2+ years, and it's consistently excellent. I love that your delivery staff will enter the home to place in the freezer. I tried Heart to Home Meals and found the quality of the food to be surprisingly good. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was as promised. The quantity of food was disappointing. The portions are tiny and will only satisfy the smallest of appetites. Their advertising and promotional materials are misleading. They show bountiful plates of food that do not represent the actual size of the meals. I estimate it would take at least twice the quantity of food you receive to fill the plates in their photographs. Reminds me of going to a fast food restaurant and comparing the burger you receive with the photo on the menu. There is usually a huge disconnect.

It was easy to order on lone and the delivery was great. It was wonderful to have already-prepared meals in the freezer. The meals were very tasty and the regular size was good for seniors.

(rate 3-4)Haven't decided if I will order again for my mother. Ordered the Low Sodium bundle. 3 of the 7 items were swapped out to, in my opinion, lesser cost meals. I was disappointed not to receive the meals I actually wanted and thought she would enjoy. She rcvd a spaghetti and sauce as a replacement (She is a 91 year old Italian grandma, she can make pasta & sauce so we're disappointed in that meal). Otherwise ordering is very easy, delivery was fast & easy etc. Thank you-
