⭐ 1/5
⭐ 1/5 — Very bad experience with HelloIce I feel scammed by HelloIce. I purchased several pieces that were advertised as silver, but when I took them to a jewelry store to have them tested, they performed an acid test and the result indicated that they were NOT silver. I bought these products trusting the description and the material they were advertised as being made from, but what I received does not match what I was supposedly paying for. I have tried to resolve the issue, and the whole experience has been extremely disappointing. If you buy a piece advertised as silver, you expect to receive silver, not a different material. Based on my experience and the test performed by the jeweler, I cannot recommend HelloIce. I strongly recommend that anyone who has purchased items advertised as silver from them have the material professionally tested.

We are terribly sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the material test result has made you feel deceived, this was never our intention. We would like to clarify our product marking clearly: Our silver-toned jewelry adopts brass base metal with silver electroplating. The "silver" option on our product page refers to silver plating colorway, not solid 925 sterling silver raw material. We sincerely apologize for the ambiguous product description that caused your misunderstanding and bad shopping experience. We are eager to communicate with you privately to solve your problem properly. Please contact our official customer service with your order number and test photos, we will provide a targeted refund or return solution for you immediately.Any more questions, please contact us at [email protected] or by our Facebook/Instagram official account so that we can help solve the problem for you. Thanks.

Beautiful jewelry of good quality, and when I wrote concerned that it had been a while since I had ordered my items and hadn't received them I received a prmpt, courteous and concerned reply. The delay was simply a matter of normal shipping time. I am glad to have made the purchase.
