I rarely write reviews, but HERNEST absolutely deserves one. I purchased the Rolf Oak Desk, and unfortunately it arrived with some cosmetic damage from shipping. From the very beginning, their customer service team was responsive, professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making things right. They listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and worked with me until we reached a resolution that was fair to both of us. At no point did I feel dismissed or pressured. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its products and values its customers. I absolutely love the desk. The quality and design are beautiful, and because of the outstanding customer service I received, I would not hesitate to purchase from HERNEST again. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines beautiful furniture with exceptional customer care, and HERNEST has certainly earned my trust and future business. Highly recommended!

I am not being paid for this review. I was hesitant to order furniture online. One of the reason being that I previously ordered furniture from other retailers and because of the poor packaging it arrived damages. The furniture from Hernest could not be professional packaged. It was exactly as advertised and I feel the cost/quality relation is good. The products seems well made and customer service has been excellent.

We truly love our tv table and have gotten numerous compliments on it. The concerns I did have about delivery process have been addressed by customer service and we are very pleased!

I ordered 3 pieces from Hernest: an entertainment center, a desk for my home office and a storage unit. I was not disappointed. The appearance is just as good or better than the website. I am very satisfied!!

Shipping was a bit longer that promised but all is good! Love the bed! Would recommend a 5” box spring rather than a 9” for sure!

Beautiful table! The stone top is flawless and the base is perfect for our decor. The delivery was excellent. They put the table together and took away all the packing materials. We will definitely be looking for more items from Hernest.
Our TV Table
I am adding to this review to say customer service has been extremely helpful, and we are thankful! We love the piece of furniture we received, but expected the box to be unpacked for us so we could check for any damage. Particularly so because one end of the box was dripping wet and we were concerned the furniture might be wet too. Thankfully the Styrofoam had protected it.

High furniture quality, great customer service
I purchased a coffee table before with Hernest so I was aware about the quality of the furniture and the great customer support I received when I contacted them for a minimal damage on my table. Their support was immediate and effective. Thus, I decided to purchase chairs for my dining table and I'm so happy with their quality and elegant style.

Honestly very shocked how great this turned out. I was extremely hesitant ordering an online table with a company I don’t shop at regularly. Table is freaking stunning!! Please whatever you do pay the extra for install. It’s SO heavy. There NO way you can do this yourself.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! Bought very expensive furniture. Their delivery driver told me he would call me 30 minutes before arrival. Instead he didn’t call and just left huge boxes and pallets blocking my driveway. Call their customer service, they don’t speak English and couldn’t help. They wouldn’t escalate and there was no one who could help me. Horrible. Horrible. Save your money and time and avoid Hernest.

Excellent Response and Actions, Exceeded our expectations!
We have a pre-arranged trip to Japan soon. Since we have two Hernest orders scheduled to be delivered very close to the trip date, we were very worried. I called Hernest service desk to make sure if they can deliver all products before we leave country. if not, I would ask them to hold it until we return from the trip. Hernest ensured us that we should be able to receive it before the trip. They shipped the products quickly and we received all products within 4 days of my phone call. We really appreciate their response and actions. They delivered all products many days earlier than our expectations.

Love my chairs and experience
Love my chairs! Customer service was great in helping with a delivery delay and answering my questions. The quality of the chairs are impressive and look amazing with my dining room table. Delivery service was a little delayed but top notch in helping to push the packages into my home very helpful. Thank you !
