The table is GORGEOUS! I absolutely love it. The delivery person however left it in the lobby of my building with the doorman. This weighs hundreds of pounds. I know this is “threshold delivery” but I assumed this meant the threshold of my apartment. Especially since I was asked if I had an elevator which would be irrelevant if they were meant to leave in the lobby.

I paid for the white glove service and I guess my expectations were that they would clean up every bit of the debris from my driveway and Family room. I still had quite a bit to sweep and vacuum up after they left.
Also. The three sets of doors were all wonky and askew and when I mentioned it to the delivery team, they said, "Oh, that's how it comes from the factory."
Since then, I've read in the pamphlet and on YouTube how to correct this issue, and have been trying to even them up, but I am still not completely happy.
I guess I had higher expectations of the service.

Breakfast table
Got a breakfast table, Hernest had the exact size and style I was looking for. Table is sturdy and looks good. Assembly was easy enough with 2 people. There was an issue which customer service was prompt to assist with. I’m happy with my purchase.
The lamp is beautiful but the packaging contained of fiberglass and I had to spend many hours cleaning and decontaminating my house. Today I have a sore throat from inhaling some of the fibers. Not worth the health risk.

I got a dining set from Hernest and…
I got a dining set from Hernest and also with a white glove delivery. Everything went very smooth, the team who delivered the dining set was very friendly and informative. I’m in love with my new dining set. Also the Hernest customer service team is very responsive, they responded with every single one of my question with patience and details. I’m eyeing on another console table from them I think I will make the purchase soon!
I like the tv console. It goes well in my living room. I wish the inside shelving was the same dark walnut color (not oak colored). For the price I paid, it should be the same color as the rest of the unit. Also, purchasing matching feet to enable the unit to be taller would be nice option for customers.
I've had a mixed experience with Hernest. I ordered a dresser and cabinet. The dresser look different in person as the wood it painted to create a finish to look more like really wood distressed. The photos don't reflect this detail. And the price it slightly high for the quaility of the drawers. But cabinet is just like pictured and good quality. I had to contact customer service and they been responsive so I'm happy with the communication.
