The sideboard I ordered matched the pictures and description exactly. It met expectations on quality and appearance based on the price and listing. Overall I'm very happy with this piece. It looks great and feels solid. The only assembly was to add the legs which was easy. Shipping was fast and scheduling the delivery window was easy. I would buy from Hernest again knowing they can deliver on that they advertise.
Purchased 3 pieces of furniture, from the internet purchase, delivery and contacting customer service with a small issue after a FedEx delivery this company was “EXCELLENT”. The furniture is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great looking furniture at reasonable prices, and great services.
The delivery seemed to be taking a long time, so I reached out to the Support team and they got right on it. I bought the white glove delivery and they did a good job with one small exception - a missing shelf support pin. Again I contacted the Support team and they arranged to have one sent. Then US Customs stopped it because of paperwork issues. Again Support fixed it. They really took my satisfaction seriously. Well done!
Highly recommend for their quality. Damages can happen however their post sales service was top notch and prompt with solutions.

The bed frame very nice. The assembly time was at least one and a half hour. The middle wood brace screws were too short so we purchased 2 longer ones. Oher than that I'm pleased.
This purchase met all my expectations. I read several reviews before making the selection, and I am happy with what we received. We did not have any of the quality issues reported by other reviewers (thankfully!) Our peace arrived in perfect condition. I really like the soft-close drawers. The door hinges needed some slight adjustments to square up after shipping, but it was simple. Ours is shown in warm oak, which I would call a medium oak. Some of the online review photos look more orange than the true color. Looks nice, and the variegated wood grain helps blend it in with other wood tones.

We ordered to pieces. One arrived perfect the other had a crack and chip in the marble. Hernest was wonderful and easy to work with. When they no longer had the pc available to replace they quickly problem solved giving me many options. Hernest was attentive, kind, and honest. I received the media console with the doors unaligned after a longer than expected wait time. I contacted them to see if they can send someone to correct the issue or exchange it for one without this problem. Instead, they sent me an email with a video tutorial asking me to resolve the issue for 15% compensation. I advised them once again of my expectation listed above and they counter offered with 2 of their solutions. Solution 1: Full refund & product pickup We can process a full refund for your order and arrange a carrier to pick up the defective console from your residence. To arrange the pickup smoothly, could you please kindly confirm whether you still keep the original packaging of this item? Solution 2: 35% refund & keep the item If you are willing to keep the console, we are pleased to offer you a 35% compensation refund. You can hire a local professional to repair and fix the product issues on your own. How does either one of those help?! Now I have to hold a 84” console in my house until they decide to pick it up. Advice to anyone ordering from this company. Make sure you have the time to be off for the drop off and pick up (3 hr window each time), in case your item has a defect.
