⭐ 1 Star — I Would Not Recommend Homary
I spent approximately $6,000 on outdoor furniture from Homary, and this has been one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I’ve had with a major purchase.
Multiple pieces arrived with issues, including a cracked tabletop, a damaged lounger, and other defects. What followed has been months of emails, apologies, replacement delays, and delivery dates that continued to get pushed back.
Throughout this process, I have repeatedly been thanked for my “patience.” At some point, patience stops being the issue. Customers should not have to wait months and continuously follow up to get problems with expensive furniture resolved.
The compensation process has been just as frustrating. Homary previously offered me $400, which I declined because I did not believe it adequately reflected the experience. I was then offered $50, and after escalating the matter again, I was told that management’s “maximum compensation” is now $100.
How can $100 be the maximum when I was previously offered $400?
That pretty much summarizes my experience: inconsistent communication, constantly changing resolutions, lengthy delays, and very little accountability.
I understand that furniture can occasionally arrive damaged and that shipping delays happen. My review isn’t based simply on something going wrong. It’s based on how Homary handled things after they went wrong.
For a purchase of this size, I expected considerably better quality control and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Homary again, and I cannot recommend them to others considering a significant furniture purchase.

Product was exactly what we expected, really well finished and the instructions were very clear. There was a small issue with the delivery but Homary were aware of it immediately and fixed things before we even noticed the problem. Great product and a great customer service. Had a great experience Homary. I ordered a beautiful big kitchen island. It came in a reasonable amount of time and the delivery service was in readable as well, letting me pick a date and time. Unfortunately the island top was damaged and cracked but the customer service was impeccable. The whole process getting a replacement top was seamless and incredibly easy processes. I had a problem with a toilet that I bought from Homary. I called customer care and they were very kind and helpful in getting the problem sorted out. It did take a bit of explaining to them as to what was wrong , however they had no hesitation in sorting it out.
