I placed an order on the Homary website on April 3, 2026. The delivery date was changed three times. After filing a complaint on July 5, 2026, because I hadn't received my order and requested a refund, I received an email the next day stating that my order had been delivered, even though it hadn't. Tracking the shipment on the carrier's website wasn't possible because no tracking number existed. I'm still fighting for a refund (August 13, 2026). I don't recommend shopping with this store.

We bought a coffee table and console everything was identical to what I saw on the website but one of the product was damaged on delivery which I can understand because it’s a stone but Sophie from Customer Service and her team were extremely responsive and resolved the issue over three emails thanks
