I ordered two Tevara outdoor lounge chaises based on the listing photos, which show a crisp white bed with clean, tailored cushions. What actually arrived was nothing like it. The covers are a cheap off-yellow, not the white shown online, and even the seams don't match the product images. Side by side, it looks like a completely different, lower quality product to the one I paid for.
I set up just one to check, and the quality was so obviously off that I left the second one boxed. I contacted Homary straight away with side by side comparison photos. To their credit they reply quickly and politely, but that's where it ends. Every message was another version of "we've forwarded it to the manufacturer" and "we've escalated to a supervisor," with no actual decision on a refund or replacement and no timeframe. Lots of warm words, no resolution.
If you're relying on the listing photos to know what you're getting, be careful, because in my case the real product didn't come close. Disappointing for what wasn't a cheap purchase.

After 4–5 months of waiting for broken parts and an absolute mountain of back and forth with customer service, getting absolutely nowhere, I finally got through to Hanna.
She chased up my order, sorted everything out, and somehow managed to get me a replacement item that I’d been waiting 5 months for… in just 2 days!
Honestly, I wish I’d spoken to Hanna from the start. Huge thank you to her for actually getting things sorted!
Let’s hope I actually receive the item now.

I wish I could give a negative rating.
I had ordered a TV console from Homary with white glove delivery option. The console was delivered and the delivery company associates left in a hurry.
After delivery, I noticed the doors of the console were misaligned and I raised a replacement request immediately on the same day. Homary accepted the issue and It has been over 3 weeks and the Homary representatives have been going back and forth to resolve this issue and refund my money and take the substandard product back.
After 3 weeks and several correspondence emails, I received email asking for pictures of the package.
The entire experience with Homary has been very stressful.

My elderly and frail parents purchased a smart toilet for medical reasons....
It didn't work. Had three faults. Over the course of two /three weeks my plumber tried to work with these crooks to resolve.
We racked up three visits ( all costly) whilst trying to fix. I ended up having to get the old toilet installed again.
In requesting a full refund. The crooks declined on a basis of hygiene. Then they offered a refund deducting £50.
I have spent days trying to resolve with countless calls, escalations. All with supposed customer experience, and management abilities.
Consumer law. I am entitled to a refund in full... These crooks will not refund in full and won't collect their faulty product.
My elderly and frail parents are out of pocket to the tune if three plumber visits. An additional £50 and now are left with this poor excuse of a product to dispose of.
I would never recommend or shop with these crooks.
