Bought 3 Lumio White 3-Drawer LED Bedside Table with Charging Station: a set of 2 plus an additional single unit. No complaint regarding delivery. The items were extremely well packed though it would have been preferable for the tables to arrive pre assembled rather than having to follow the instructions.
However, the overall build quality feels disappointing for the price. In addition, the touch control dimmable switch is positioned on the right hand side on all units. When purchasing a set of two, we would have expected one of the switches to be on the left. As it is, the person sleeping on the right side of the bed has to reach across the unit to turn the light on, which is not a practical design.

I was very disappointed with my experience purchasing a TV stand from Homary.
1)the delivery team damaged my brand-new wall while bringing the TV stand into my house. We worked hard to save for our home and spent a lot of time and money decorating it, so seeing the wall damaged was extremely upsetting.
2) The assembly instructions were unclear and difficult to follow. The TV stand requires two people to assemble, but this was not made clear. On top of that, the overall build quality feels poor and is not what I expected for the price.
(I have photo evidence to support all of the issues mentioned above, including the damage to my wall & the poor build quality of the TV stand)
Considering how much we paid, I expected a well-made product, clear assembly instructions, and a professional delivery service. Unfortunately, the entire experience fell well below my expectations.
Based on this experience, I will not be shopping with Homary again, and I cannot recommend them to others.

I would not say this company is doing well, as 6/10 of our furniture parts arrived damaged. We paid over $700 for a bookshelf…which we could’ve easily paid the same amount at Bloomingdale’s for a similar bookcase. This company is not cheap in price, but I do have concerns that the quality of their furniture is cheap.. all that being said, the representative who helped me, Iris, was attentive and responsive. She acknowledged my concerns and provided an adequate resolution.

We placed the order on 26 June and received the product on 30 July.
However, there were some quality issues. The sintered stone had a small chip/damage mark, which did not appear to be caused during transportation as the product was packed very well. There were also some scratch marks, and the drawers were not properly aligned, requiring additional drilling and adjustments during installation.
The installation manual provided seemed to be an older version and did not match the parts included, which made the assembly process more difficult. After completing the installation, we still had some extra screws and parts left over because the instructions were not fully accurate.
Overall, we really like the design and appearance of the product, but we hope there will be better quality control and updated manuals in the future to improve the customer experience.
