Very disappointing experience with Homary. The coffee table advertised on their website had a matte wood-patterned finish, but what I received was plain, shiny black and looked substantially different from the photos.
Instead of acknowledging that their photos were misleading, their initial response treated the issue as though I had simply changed my mind, after I had already waited two months for the table to be delivered.
The worst part has been the customer service. Despite their advertised return policy and my repeated requests to return the item, they have failed to arrange collection or provide a clear timeframe. I just keep receiving generic “someone will contact you” responses while a huge, heavy packaged table sits in the middle of my living room.
After giving them multiple opportunities to resolve this, I have now had to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
I would be very cautious about purchasing from Homary based on my experience.

Update on my previous review. Homary offered me $400 to remove my negative review. This was a $6,000 purchase, and my review was an honest account of my experience. A $400 payment isn’t enough for me to take down a truthful review. You can keep it.
What concerns me most is what this says about the review process. If a company is willing to offer customers money to remove negative reviews, it makes me question how many positive reviews might exist because someone accepted an incentive after having a poor experience. I can’t say that’s what happened, but it’s something prospective buyers should keep in mind when reading reviews.
Based on everything I’ve experienced—the product issues, repeated delays, and how this situation has been handled—I cannot recommend buying from Homary. There are too many other companies that stand behind their products and focus on making things right instead of trying to make honest reviews disappear.
