Update 3: After two weeks, I'm still exchanging emails with Homary, though Homary insists that the sideboard isn't defective. I've already sent photos and a video. Now Homary writes: "The video you sent shows why you can't assemble the product. We need a video that shows whether you can follow the assembly instructions."
What does Homary want? A video of me reading the instructions aloud?!
Update 2: Homary insists that it is my fault and that there is no problem with the sideboard although I sent them a photo and a video clearly showing that the connectors are not fitting in all the holes because some hole are offset. Unfortunately I can't add the photo here, but Homary got them.
Update: unfortunately it didn't get better after the answer on my review. In the meantime I was offered a 20% discount (for a product which is not useable). After saying that I want to send it back I again got the email template requesting the photo, order number, etc., information which I provided already on the first day.
Ordered a sideboard. Unfortunately the sideboard was faulty and therefore it's not possible to assemble it.
I called the customer service, the lady asked me to send an email.
I sent an email with all the needed information (order nr, photo) and got an automatic response to send all the needed information (?!). I wrote that I did already and that they should not make it more complicated.
After that I got an answer that it will be forwarded to the specialist-team. I asked how long it will take because I have now everything just laying around in my flat and they answered me that it will take up to 3 days.
I wrote that it is not possible to wait so long and therefore I want to send back the sideboard.
On that I again got an automatic answer to send all the information needed. I wrote that they have already everything and just should proceed.
After that I got no answer anymore.
I understand that an article can be faulty but in that case I expect that customer service will do everything to find a quick solution instead of wasting time by sending improper e-mail templates.

I ordered two dinning room chairs in April. When I opened the boxes of the chairs they were a in the wrong colour. I took pictures of the item and packing including the item number etc. I emailed everything over quickly and followed up with a phone call (got through to a human.) The lady reassured me that I have sent everything over that was required for an exchange. It’s nearly August and I can’t get through to a human now. Every time I leave a review on their website it gets removed.
This is ridiculous. How many times shall I send them pictures of the chair and packaging. My dinning table is missing a chair and looks so stupid in my house. The correct chair should have been delivered and the wrong one should have been collected. Very disappointed. I guess I’ll have to keep emailing them pictures like I have before again and again.
This is their mistake and they simply cannot be bothered to resolve it. Customers are paying hundreds of pounds and would expect the correct item to be delivered or a situation like this to be resolved effortlessly but no Homary have taken me for a fool and left me the rje wrong dinning room chair.
