Beware this web site at all costs
Beware this web site at all costs ! I wanted to book directly with a London hotel and thought I had found its web site. HotelsOne has a web site that masquerades as the hotels. Now I need to contact re the booking. The hotel doesn't know me and HotelsOne doesn't recognise my booking, even using their reference number. They are a total pox !
