Easy booking process
Pathetic all around
Pathetic all around. The site said "4 rooms left at this price" then when I tried to reserve one, it said, "none left". Then I changed browsers, and tried to reserve one. It charged my credit card but no email, so I did not have a confirmation number to verify on the web site. Calling the number only goes through to someone who will make a reservation at 50% more than what is listed. When they transferred me to customer service, I got a useless bot. When I asked for an agent, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. Fortunately, my credit card was credited this morning. Worst processes I have ever seen.
Navigate simply and easily
So simple and easy yo navigate. It was quick too and offered all manner of rooms at different prices, some I had not even considered.
