Finally, a hotel booking site for adults. The site is easy to navigate, free of distraction, and all the information about the booking is clear at the checkout. The customer service is great. We had to cancel a booking at the last minute, and we were able to do so without a problem. I appreciated being asked why we had to cancel. Overall, it's a very reassuring place to book accommodation. HotelsOne will be my first go-to from now on!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have reported HotelsOne to the Better Business Bureau for deception and hidden fees. Like many other reviewers, I believed I was booking directly through the resort's website. In fact, it appears many reviewers still don't realize they booked through a third party rather than the hotel itself. I was charged an additional $70 in mandatory fees that I would not have paid had I booked directly with the hotel. To make matters worse, the HotelsOne customer service number listed on their website connects to Expedia's customer service department. Expedia representatives cannot issue refunds or resolve HotelsOne billing issues, leaving customers with little recourse. Buyer beware!

Warning! Will take your money!

Warning! Do NOT use HotelsOne. I mistakenly booked on their website; it was made to mimic the host hotel site. Their prices were $1,000 more than booking direct. I called immediately to cancel booking and although the host hotel confirmed they will honor the cancellation with full refund; HotelsOne denied my request for cancellation. Be aware of this scam. They claim they are unable to reach someone at the hotel to waste time and lock you out of the 24 hour grace period for cancellation.

Very difficult to get the site to book…

Very difficult to get the site to book different types of rooms for the group booking I wanted to make. Wanted 3 rooms, one family, one twin and one double but no matter what I tried it would only bring up 3 family rooms even though individually i could book each type that I wanted. Quite frustrating.

The best place to be in Key largo. Where Peg and Jonathan treat you like family

Easy to use the web site

Easy to use the web site however a bit discouraging to have to pay out full amount to hold the room when booking over one year in advance. Have stayed at Burke and Wills once before. It is so nice and positioned right in the centre of the city.
