Great would mean the merchandise is in hand with no damage. This is just another internet purchase and we will see how it goes. Houzz checkout process is excellent. The delivery process can't compare to Amazon but I understand you need to deal with a common carrier with many variables, so we will wait and work with your folks.

Misleading, Poorly Managed, and a Total Waste of Money – Avoid Houzz

We run Pimlico Bathrooms, a high-end bathroom refurbishment company in London, and our experience with Houzz has been nothing short of a disaster. From the outset, the sales pitch sounded promising — we were told we’d receive a steady stream of qualified leads and that Houzz would boost our visibility among homeowners looking for premium bathroom design and refurbishment. In reality, we received either irrelevant or extremely poor-quality leads. Most never responded, and those who did were clearly not in our target market. Whenever we raised concerns, we were simply told to “post more pictures” and “improve the listing.” This was frustrating, as our profile was already professional, visually strong, and well-maintained. Their feedback was dismissive and generic — offering no real strategy, support, or accountability. The real problem lies in the way Houzz handles their contracts and billing. The terms are unclear and deliberately vague. There is little to no transparency around how to cancel or change your plan, and once you're in, you're stuck paying for a service that fails to deliver. Support was slow, unhelpful, and at times outright condescending. Houzz appears far more interested in locking businesses into recurring payments than in helping them grow. It feels like a money-grabbing operation with zero concern for results or client satisfaction. We’ve worked hard to build a premium brand in a competitive London market, and partnering with Houzz has done nothing but waste time, money, and energy. Our strong advice to any other design or refurbishment firm — especially in the luxury sector — is to stay well away.
