Used to be amazing... The bundles were always top notch, now they are hit or miss. I keep my subscription active either way. Build my collection. Keep my discount for the occasional good deal.
The BIGGEST issue however is the support. I've had 3 issues recently together and their support has wait times of at LEAST 13 days upon placing a ticket. So I bought a game to play with a friend and had to wait weeks in order to actually get help and for them to send me a key to redeem. Now I bought a bundle that supposed to have 3 games but it's only showing 2 after I paid. So now we put in a ticket and wait 13 more days for a response...
I saw another review mentioning IGN bought Humble? That would explain all the IGN+ memberships they've been including with Humble Choice and why it's been going downhill.
They have a Humble Discord that is still available for some reason but entirely dead. The only messages I could see were from two years ago. So I was certainly not getting help there either... It's so sad for something I want to love and still continue to use.
Customer support is atrocious and monthly bundles are really bad. Price increased and quality of bundles decreased

A scam site
A scam site. Sells digital keys that they do not yet have (essentially selling you nothing), then gives no time frame as to when they might become available. Then actively discourages you from contacting customer support about it. Don't sell something that you do not have, it's pretty simple. You cannot sell an out of stock product to a customer.

I purchased the humble subscription then they immediately blocked my account from purchases due to suspicious activity, when all I was really trying to do was gift my wife and kids some games. I tried using my phone off of wifi, a different card, my bank account, all blocked. Completely insane to have a subscription based system with no viable customer support.

Buyer BEWARE!
Beware if you sign up for Humble Choice! If some of the game keys gets exhausted and you cant get one right now. You can end up never getting it. Ive been waiting 2 years for a game key and when they finally get back in stock. Its ONLY to buy on their store. If you allready bought it when buying a Choice membership, you will never get your key if it runs out of stock. COMPLETELY a scam after IGN took over. Typical american scrub company!

Horrible experience had to contact support and took them 10 days to give me a key. Avoid at all costs.
I have purchased a couple of games from this site over the last few years every now and then for good deals. But today I purchased a Ubisoft game only to get scammed with no game. They tell you to sync your ubisoft account with their website then the game should appear in your library right. Okay let me try it for over 2 hours with nothing but a error every time. I followed their faq guide about it but nothing helped tried multiple browsers, cleaned cookies nothing just the same error over and over again. I am now officially done buying games from this website for the future there is nothing I hate more then buying a game and receiving nothing in return. I have submitted a ticket for a refund but says I have to wait 2 weeks for a response 2 WEEKS! I'm glad I only lost 5 bucks this time but this really made me feel angry and frustrated just feeling like a scam now overall. I don't know why they changed it from keys but they NEED to put a WARNING about that right upfront on the store page. I will now be sticking with steam from now on. Savings are meaningless on this website if you receive nothing but losing money and your time. I want my 2 hours back.
Update- 5/23/26
So after waiting with nothing but silence for 10 days they finally gave me a key for the game I purchased.(Only after I sent them a message saying I was going to open a dispute with Paypal which I used for my purchase). So I did receive the game eventually but honestly the amount of stress and trouble simply trying to get a game I purchased from this site is absolutely unacceptable when Steam is the current standard even Epicgames with all their problems do give you games on purchase. So just after this horrible experience of me pulling my hair out simply trying to redeem a digital game I will be avoiding Humble Bundle for the foreseeable future. Trust me avoid them to save you hours of struggle and waiting weeks hoping for a simple response. Stick with Steam is my recommendation.
The absolutely shadiest, straight up criminal, most despicable, slowest and customer unfriendliest official steam key retailer out there. Don't ever buy there if you wanna actually get what you paid for.
They retroactively change their Terms of Service to your disadvantage, retroactively add expiration dates to keys without informing you, they sell keys they don't even have ("keys temporarily exhausted" the same day that a bundle went live), their keys get revoked frequently (of course with no warning), according to their ToS after 3 years, but when the keys get revoked after LESS THAN A YEAR AFTER SALE, they still don't provide a new key or offer your money back for that key, all of which violates about 13 billion EU customer protection laws.
And the last time I wrote them about such a revoked key, it took them almost 2 full months to even respond, and the response was "you revelaed it too long ago, screw you". On the one hand they are encouraging customers to reveal immediately after purchase because of keys getting exhausted, but on the other hand they punish you for revealing right away by using that as argument for not replacing what you lost.
F U Humble! You criminals will never see another cent of my money! I hope you go bankrupt ASAP and everyone who takes part in your scam oragnization has a miserable life.
Don't subscribe to their Choice and don't buy anything from them. They are a golden standard of scammers. What they do is that they add "expiration" dates to the games you buy afterwards without any notification and if you don't redeem them they take away keys and resell them. Also, they swap Steam keys to useless Epic or GOG keys without notice too. Their customer service is non existent and even if the reply in 4 months it would always be a "canned" reply saying to f*** off. This company should get class action lawsuit and I'll be happy to join it. Stay away from these fraudsters!

Will sell games they "don't have keys…
Will sell games they "don't have keys for" in bundles (they suddenly do have keys if you pay full price in their regular store) without a notice, giving you only a notice that the games are out of stock after your purchase. You wait weeks or months and then they silently remove the games from your library saying they'll never get the keys. If you complain, they'll ban your entire account.

Actually stealing your money now. Removing keys that you have purchased on Humble choice.
I've been using Humble Bundle and have been a subscriber to Humble Choice for years now. Now I find that they are actually stealing what I've purchased and are hiding or deleting my owned keys. Even newly purchased keys can often not be claimed because they've run out and don't seem to be restocked. I'm pretty sure this is illegal under EU law and I'm looking forward to Humble Bundle getting called out on this practice in the future.

Arbitrarily decided to refuse to provide keys I had already paid for. Literal theft. Will not provide compensation nor the key. They claim the keys are out of stock despite still being sold on their storefront. Avoid this company. They've really gone down the drain.

Keys are exhausted and not refilled especially older bundles
Keys get exhausted for a product, they don't refill in any sort of timely manner and they also don't alert you when keys are exhaused meaning they can oversell on bundles and you don't get a key. I'm waiting on several keys right now.
They have also changed TOS where they don't have to supply games for bundles older than 2 years which is pretty scummy since you paid for them and they don't have to supply a product for what you paid for. I don't think I'll be touching their services again any time soon.
