Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional product quality and overall performance, noting that the carbon frames and wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, beautiful, and durable. Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays, mentioning that shipping times occasionally took much longer than initially promised by the carrier. A few other people also felt that certain minor details like the included rim tape or freehub friction could use some quality improvements.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Peggy from ICAN helped me find a specific wheel set for my gravel bike. It was Alpha 40 II Disc Wheelset--24/24 hole--D21 hubs-- ceramic bearings- centerlock-quick release 9x100mm front/10x135mm rear--Shimano HG 11 speed freehub × 1 I greatly appreciate that she was able to help with my order and shipping process.
I was looking for a gravel bike frame and Perry from Ican fully support me through the entire process with outstanding clarity and responsivness and patience. No doubts that I will contact Ican and Perry again for any eventual question or simply to buy another frame.
There are a few things that could be improved. I wanted to order a frameset with seatpost without offset and without fork holes. I added this information to my order, but it was ignored. I received a seatpost with offset and a fork with holes. After the fact, I was informed that the EU warehouse only supplies these sets. The information on the website is misleading (also the components have slighty different dimensions than advertised). There's problem with the exchange. The seatpost without offset (~10mm) that i bought turner out to be from a larger frame size (the insertion mark is lower and it almost completly disappears into the frame). It's shame, because the products are really good:(
Perry was very accommodating and quick to respond to my queries all throughout the purchasing process. The wheelset has been very good with my first few rides.
I was choosing wheels to upgrade my bike. I chose ICAN wheels with DtSwiss 240 hubs. Perry, the company employee, gave me expert advice, for which I am grateful!
Superb quality. I built a race bike with a Shimano 105 groupset and ICAN wheels (aero 50 II). The bike weighs 7500g with pedals. I'm very happy with ICAN's craftsmanship.
Good wheels. And great service from perry
Very helpful stuff with the ability to answer all my questions. Fast shipping and wheels arrived looking awesome.
Great pair of wheels, especially at this price point. One of the rare companies to propose good quality 650b carbon wheels.
I had purchased an ICAN fat bike 3/21/21 and have been riding it for 5 years! Have been really happy with my mtb. Along the way parts wear out and ICAN has had the parts I needed to keep my bike up and running. Great quality and service.
Wheels arrived quickly, intact, and easy to install. First ride impressions, massive improvement from my stock wheels.
Great comunication and very good wheels quality.
Very good customer service. Good quality products. Fast shipping. Recommend!
My new wheels showed up in perfect condition. Installation was easy as everything fit and worked well. I’m thinking of buying another set for my wife
Smooth delivery and great customer service. Perry was the best.
Service was good. Wheeels are fast and light. Everything well packed. I would like to own a propper manual for servicing the wheels and hubs though.
Wheels arrived at the stated weight and were true. Spokes were properly tensioned. No issues after the first big ride.
Amazing product received very quickly. Top service and price.
