Dishonest Company. They were asked to remove a listing with my name due to The Right To Be Forgotten and have not. This violates my privacy. The clerk Henry was terribly misinformed and did not read the title of the movie when he tried to argue with me.

It is not a 30 day free trial. After 10 days they will try your card to take money. If the card does not work at that time. They will cancel your trial immediately. It is a scam. They DO NOT offer 30 days free. It is a scam. They claim they try every card on your account in their terms and conditions. BUT THEY DO NOT. They will give you a date that they will try you card which funnily enough is 30 days later. But they will try your card after 10 days. At that time they will cancel your free 30 day trial.

Shady payment tactics
IMDBpro charged my account a renewal fee for another year, but my card had changed, so it didn't go through. It reminded me I didn't want to renew, so I cancelled my account before I could do that. They went through my Amazon payment options and charged my husband's account $139 for the renewal. He's not on imdbpro. They never should have done that. It also seems like a violation of privacy to raid my Amazon account for alternative payment options. Super shady work.

It’s incredibly frustrating how difficult it has become to edit or remove information from a project I hold the full rights to. Any film in development naturally evolves, this should be understood and supported. Yet IMDbPro continues to ignore my update requests. I've been trying to revise the plot summary of one of my projects, but the process has become a nightmare. I’ve also attempted to remove my contact number from my profile, the system says the change was approved, yet the number still appears. I genuinely don’t know what else to do at this point. For a platform I pay for, and which is meant to support industry professionals, the experience has been disappointingly unresponsive and unhelpful.

Too many fake 10 star reviews that do not get removed as they do not care.
I have used this site for over a decade. In the last 5 years it has massively gotten worse due to fake 10 star reviews. Many are written purely by AI now or just fake accounts writing ridiculous 10 star reviews. It can be the worst movie and the 10 star reviews will be like "lifechanging movie that will stay with me all my life" and things like that. I have literally seen that said on one of the worst movies ever. You can see a film that everyone hates as it is dreadful, but they will get either crew or pay for 10 star reviews and they do not ever get removed. IMDB just allow it! Basically if you see lots of 10 star reviews on a film, ignore the rating and go by the reviews. Lots of 10 star reviews = terrible film Lots of low reviews - better than the ones with lots of 10 star reviews. They made you have to type longer reviews now, but that doesn't stop fake accounts and AI reviews! It just punishes genuine reviews as people just won't bother. IMDB just do not care about it at all, even though IMDB pro is used by professionals, yet this site allows the most fake reviews ever. I have complained to IMDB before but they just make rubbish excuses such as "we have checks in place" which they clearly don't. The only check they will do is IP address. This is stupid as that is easily changed or faked. Do better. Your site is now unreliable trash which is so sad as it was such a great site.

Navigation is now impossible...
Recent revisions to the website make it almost impossible to navigate to the information required. Not willing to spend the time to work through page after page to then not find what I'm looking for. Who redesigned the new format? They should be fired!

It used to be a reliable source. These days they just decline reviews for whatever reason who knows who decides. Many of the reviews are written by the movies’ cast, producers, and/or relatives of people involved. I happened to read a review of a movie in which the reviewer went on and on about the excellent acting, talent, promising future of someone in the cast. The actor being praised in the long. Review was a kid who had a 30 second scene in the whole movie! I left a very bad review about a cooking show led by an Italian TikTok celebrity. I reviewed it for a second time when my first review suddenly disappeared. The second one never made it. There is an arbitrary manipulation. Also, they force you to write 500 characters while you can see there are posted reviews of just two lines. I will not waste my time writing there again.
