Finally many years our family memories were in a box.Dad had notes and dates on some reels and names and places. That made it easy to log each movie. They all look great due to some were 1920 vintage.

They did a marvelous fantastic stupendous job on my VHS tapes. I’m now finally able to enjoy them after 33 years and my family loves watching it too. The clarity is good and they ship it with care. Awesome job highly recommend.

I loved watching all those old…
I loved watching all those old recordings. I received my memories faster than I thought I would. It was great watching that old footage with just a click of the remote control. The app can be placed on many devices and I could share our memories with many family members, who had never seen them. I also like that we can upload new memories and have everything in one place. I love it.

From the onset, this company and its team members have proven to be amazing. The customer service team has gone above and beyond when I reached out for help. The digitized tapes were done in record time and sent back to me very quickly. I am sure I will find other tapes or cassettes that need to be digitized and I will go to Imemories without a moment's hesitation!!!
Super easy!
The process for sending in my old video tapes was super easy. The staff sent regular emails updating me on the process of digitizing my family memories, and they were done quickly so I could have them available to share with my daughters, who are all grown up now. Such a good experience!

The pricing is fair and lower than others. They were quick to transfer tapes and shipped my tapes back in a nice package. I knew the quality of my old dance tapes was not great, I just wanted to preserve them. Now that is done, and I can let go of the actual tapes, as VCR is old school, and mine does not work. Letting go of old tapes (to our local recycling center in Austin) was cathardic! Customer service was also friendly and helpful when I just wanted to download the files and not subscribe to any service. Thanks to IMemories, I have now de-cluttered another aspect of my life!
My family's precious memories, finally brought to life
We took all of our family's film movies dating back to 1966 to iMemories. These were movies I had never seen before — footage of me as a child — and I'm now 87 years old. Thanks to iMemories, my daughters were finally able to see these never-before-seen family memories. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail, as well as the speed of their processing. Isis, who I spoke with several times, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. They had my movies turned around in about a week, and I was able to share the links with my entire family. Next we are sending our slides and then all of the photo albums. We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.
Not worth the extra costs
This was so expensive, not to include a disk or jump drive. Publishing on a fee based Cloud account is ridiculous

better than I expected
This is better than I expected. I had several VHS recordings of when my children were small and did not really want to loose them, however, my son had figured out he could record from the television at a small age and low and behold some of the precious memories had been lost. That being said, iMemories did a fantastic job of converting them so I did not have to "fast forward" hoping to see the memories I recorded. After shipping the tapes in I discovered another one and they added it to the others without hesitation and included the 50%off that I had thought was over. If I had more I would not hesitate reaching out again.
After my media arrived
I haven't yet reached the "seeing my memories" stage. But I think customers should be warned that the set up where you send in your media THEN get billed has a hitch. That's when you discover it will cost you nearly $50 to get your media back, no matter what you decide about the services offered. You also get told it might be several weeks when on the website it said the current time is a little over a week. At that point, they had me. If I backed out because the time frame is three times what was suggested, I'd still have to pay nearly $50 to get my media back. I now feel uncomfortable about the whole thing. Fingers crossed. UPDATE: A few videos already digitized (7/8/26). I feel a little better now. I still think it stinks it will cost me extra (three times as much as to send them) to get them back. But the digitizing in a timely manner seems legit.
The turnaround time was great, but...
The turnaround time was great. There should be a transparent way to know when the download of a file to my PC is finished. I wasted a lot of time and effort by not being able to tell when it was done. An email said I could edit my videos, but when I followed the instructions, the promised "edit" option in the menu was nonexistent.
