I've been using iMemories for quite some time now. Almost completing my entire VHS transfers to digital. My children, grandchildren and etc. can now see their parents, grandparents and ancestors at the touch of a screen. My grandkids really enjoy watching their parents recitals, ball games, parties and holiday celebrations. They watch their parents grow up! So fun and a precious gift to all.

I don’t know how the digitizing process happens but I was disappointed to find the same content on the three 8mm films I sent in. It’s the same footage but sometimes at the beginning of one video and the end of another. I don’t feel like I got 3 different films digitized. It was also very expensive even with the 50% discount.

Fast turnaround & surprisingly good quality. Was surprised at how well the over 60 yrs old films turned out. Even with the discount I hesitated, having doubts the films could be restored. What a surprise to see the results! To see precious memories that were too vague to recall, it was worth the cost. Brought tender joy to remember those times & especially to remember those who have passed away. So thankful for this service. Excellent job!

Most of the quality of the videos were terrible this last time. Couldn't see them. I get that sometimes it's the recording apparatus but I would have liked some kind of communication from you all concerning the matter. Overall, I have not had issues in the past.

At first this started with a mother's day gift for my mom, I sent in the first nine VHS tapes for her. We received those digitized videos then sent in ten more. We ordered them on a disc..As promised we received our vhs tapes back without any problems as well as the disc we ordered. We are getting ready to send in ten more. The quality, timely manner and the price are well worth saving your memories for your family. Would recommend if your thinking about getting this done, do it! You won't regret it!!! Thank you!!
The videos were very professionally done. Definitely plan on getting some on USB.
Used them for old dvd tapes and black and white photos. Was very impressed with the tapes and the overall service, easy of use of website. Was expecting a slightly better image processing of black and white photos at 50 cents a photo.
IMemories makes the whole process very easy. From the start with them sending a box with instructions, developing my images and finally working with me on the end result. They kept me informed on every step.

Very quick service! Sent my tapes out and started getting the files on the app within a couple days. Had all 10 of my tapes done in a week. Original Hi8 tapes were secure in transport both ways and was nice I could get then back! Didn't pay extra for quality enhancement - they are fine just the way they are. Would do this again!!
Fabulous company to deal with. I sent my order in and in less than 2 weeks had all my photos done and received my originals back. No problems at all. Very happy with everything I received.
