total scam! I spent an 30 min on a JD Power Survey- completed it, and then got a message that the info I gave was not what they were looking for....after I completed the survey! PLUS there was supposed to be a $1 bonus for surveys that paid .50 or more....never got it.

The surveys always mess up towards the end of you completing them. Questions are repetitive in every survey. You have to wait 2-10 days for your cash out to be available. Don’t waste your time.

Account Deactivated Right When I Reached Cash Out – Something Feels Offe had an account with InboxDollars…

I’ve had an account with InboxDollars for years, but honestly I hadn’t used it in over a year and kind of forgot about it. Recently, they emailed me saying my account would expire if I didn’t log in and complete a survey. So I logged back in, did what they asked, and started playing games again. Everything seemed fine at first. I had about $8.40 from before, and after playing again I got my balance up to around $18.00. Then they sent me an offer to download a dominoes game. I downloaded it and started playing, but pretty quickly I noticed something felt off… like I might have already played it before at some point in the past. I play games on a lot of different platforms, so there’s really no way for me to remember every single game from over a year ago. Here’s the problem… Their system had no issue sending me a game I may have already played, but suddenly my account gets deactivated right after that?? And this happens right when I’m close to cashing out? That just doesn’t sit right with me. What’s even more confusing is that in the past, when I ran out of time on a game, they would remove it so I couldn’t play it again. So clearly they DO have systems in place to track this stuff. But somehow they can still send you something that can get your account flagged? Now I can’t access my account at all, and my money is just gone. I’ve already reached out to support (Ticket #166173), but so far no resolution. Honestly, this feels very unfair and a little suspicious. If there are rules about replaying games, then the system shouldn’t be offering them to you in the first place. Just be careful… especially when you’re getting close to cashing out.

I love that app itself it's super easy to make money and it has a huge selection of games and offers.the only thing that I don't like is the customer service. I lost access to my old email and now it won't let me change it to my new one without sending the verification code to my old email and I'm not able to cash out my earnings. I yave sent multiple emails and support tickets.........I uave tried reaching out through the activity Leger but still no help..... if someone could reach out and help me resolve this issue I would appreciate it so much! I have tried on the activity Ledger and I've submitted probably 5 tickets

Inbox customer support, does not care ,several times I tried to get support about not getting compensated when completed a survey they will not back you up .it could be 20 minutes survey and 45 to an hour is when survey is completed. And didn't get credited customer care will tell you it was one minute and you were disqualified. SurveyID 2292263

This is about the games section of InboxDollars as it is the main one I use. Surveys just aren't worth my time and effort. The games used to be great in the sense that up until last year I could find many fun games to play and rarely had issues with tracking, and the payout was worth it. Since 2025 the payouts are significantly smaller, making it not worth it to play most games. And when I do find a game I want to play, it stops tracking about midway. Then I have to message customer service and they usually add the missing reward. Until this past week. Customer service pretty much told me to stop playing any game when I notice the tracking not working and gave me less than the reward I had accumulated. It sounds like they need to update whatever they use to make sure tracking works. If I have to fight with customer service for $2 it's just not worth my time anymore. It was good while it lasted I guess. I've been a member for about 15 years for what it's worth.

I loved the app when it first came out but you can make more money on other apps I haven’t been able to get to 2.00 in months so I deleted the app so I downloaded another app and I already made 16.00 in a week so my best advice is delete inbox app it’s not worth your time

Frustrating experience

This is more frustrating than most of the survey sites I am on. I will start a survey and spend several minutes doing it only to get kicked out because I don't qualify. I have spent more time trying to do a survey than actually doing one. Also, you cannot redeem rewards until you get to 15.00. Branded Surveys is a better site. They tell you quicker if you don't qualify and will also give you a point or two if you already started a survey.

Missing $150

I did everything on inbox dollars i withdraw $150 about 3 weeks ago and its still not reflecting in my paypal account i feel that i waisted my time on this if not where is my money? Im from South Africa
