Closed my account with no warning. Reactivated my account. Stole the $79 that was in it. Inbox is the biggest scam of them all Edit: they have now said they will reimburse the money but have done 0 action to do so.

The app is easy to use and it gives many opportunities to earn small money, but still money is money. There are surveys and offers, so you have different options which I like. But honestly, some of the surveys are very long. Sometimes you spend a lot of time answering questions, so you really need patience. If you qualify and finish, it’s fine, but it can take a while.

Inboxdollar has proven to be a fraud app

I have made two withdrawals already and both have not been paid which proves that the app is no longer legit as they said it was before. I have been waiting for more than 20 days now and payment has not been made to my PayPal. Your just making people work so you can make money and they work for free. Your a horrible company.

What has made my experience great is the platform's transparency and consistency. Dashboard is straightforward and easy to navigate.

You never qualify for the survey

You never qualify for the survey, you waste your time and halfway through they kick you out. No customer service! And you can’t redeem your rewards , it asks you to verify your cell phone but they never send you the code.

Do NOT waste your time with InBox Dollars (aka: Send Earnings)! Just when you've accumulated enough to earn a check (without having to pay their "processing fee"!), they will DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT & PAY YOU NOTHING!!!! This is just a big ripoff!!!

it sucks like hell I spend all dayruining my eyes to make a living on surveys and never had an issue but not you have to send them crisp impossibly high quality pictures of personal information just to then be able to exchange hard earned long hoers of work on gift cards

I have never dared to do any of these, I have always been afraid of scams. A friend showed me what she was doing and she was actually putting aside some cash and getting coupons. I only just started 2 days ago but it's helped with my anxiety and I have been having fun with it. I believe I will see where it takes me. Thank you. Karen

It would be absolutely great if you could get a hold of someone customer service I have been trying to update my email and my phone number for a good seven or eight months if not longer they keep putting me through the same bull crap over and over I'm just so tired of it yes I have made a lot of money on InboxDollars but if you change your phone number or your email good luck you're not going to get it to be able to speak to anyone and support you're going to get run through the ringer so here I am unable to change my email because I can't confirm with my phone number both have changed it happens people... Okay so first and foremost I do not edit my reviews because what I write my reviews is my honest review so I don't edit I will add to it in my addition to this is you say reach out in your activity log that has nothing to do with being able to update your information with inbox Dollars it's impossible to do that because you're two-factor authentication email that you have changed both of in order to update your information so you tell me how are you supposed to update your information when you can't pass the two-factor authentication because the things you need to update are your email and your phone number both of them now it's much money as these people make you you could at least have live support.. here we go again I am going to add to my review this is the second time you've replied to it and said the same thing I've already done what you've asked that has not been answered it never gets answered and I never get an answer I'm just fed up it used to be such a great place to earn extra income but there's no possible way to contact and actually speak to a real person they want you to go through the activity log the activity log has nothing to do with my phone number and my email being changed that has absolutely nothing to do with it I have performed the identity verification and I passed it and nothing was done they want me to do it over and over and over I'm just fed up so InboxDollars why don't you reach out to me somewhere other than here on trust pilot because all you're doing is replying you're not taking care of the problem the problem being you cannot change your email and your phone number without two-factor authentication well when your phone number and your email has been changed guess what there is no two-factor authentication then you're just stuck like I have been

InboxDollars deactivated my account due to the Swarm & Remesh links for participation arriving to my email Inbox the day after the survey date.

On the day I was to participate in two surveys, one at 11 am and the next at 7pm, the link I needed to join the survey never showed up in my email inbox. Only the invitation to join and the reminder showed up in my email inbox. I emailed InboxDollars fifteen minutes before the start of the survey to let them know that the link for participation never showed up in my email Inbox for both surveys. The very next day at 7:35 pm the link for both surveys finally arrived in my email inbox. I contacted InboxDollars again to let them know and I received an email from Logan telling me that they decided to deactivate my account because I didn't complete surveys as instructed. I completed each survey until I was notified that I didn't qualify and sent back to the main page to choose another survey. When I was finally approved to participate in the Swarm and Remesh survey, the link for participation arrived the day after the survey was to be conducted, in my email Inbox. I printed each email I received, attached a scanned PDF, requested my case be reviewed by a manager or supervisor and emailed all of it to InboxDollars on 2/14/2026 and 2/16/2026 and no one from InboxDollars has contacted me since. I now see what everyone in these reviews has stated about InboxDollars taking my answers and choosing not to pay. These people have no integrity, are not good-hearted people and choose to look the other way even after I emailed proof that the link for participation was sent to my email Inbox the day after the survey date. I plan on notifying the website that advertised for InboxDollars to let them know as well as show them the email proof of how InboxDollars deactivated my account due to someone else dropping the ball when it came time to send the participation link on time.

Pay outs, but now have a new company for our internet and there is no way of having my new email address updated, says to go to activity log, but wants to send to my old email that no longer exists, if this is the way this company works, i want nothing to do with it, look out.
