Just stay away from this company. Total rip off. They will get your money but no service. Money is the purpose of their entire being. Impolite, pre-judgemental. Not professional at all. They disconnected my policy without my knowledge.

As a first-time business owner, purchasing commercial insurance felt overwhelming at first. My agent, Matt Hernandez, made the process straightforward by taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain my coverage options clearly. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process, and I never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready. Bait and Switch
Was given a decent quote from a very reputable insurer and then the broker contacted me directly and said they couldn't offer me any coverage. Bait and switch with quotes like that is not a good way to do business.

After they find you a policy they are…
After they find you a policy they are worthless related to anything to do with your policy. Their response is to reach out to the carrier for anything. So what's the point of having ongoing contact with them once they make their money by placing you with a carrier?
