No real customer service

No real customer service. All robots! Horrible service when you have a problem. Need real people to talk to!

Functions not available even after upgrading

Even though I upgraded to the unlimited plan, there was no possibility of publishing a document with more than 10 pages. Customer support was useless. Would not recommend.

Not like it once was.

I have used ISSUU for several years now. It used to be much easier. But with every update to their software it gets buggier and buggier. To top it off, there is NO customer support. NO chat. NO telephone number to discuss problems. And they have taken away some features we used to use on top of all this.

They are greedy and overcharge their clients.

The system is slow, they have literally tricked us and overcharged us for their new plan, they haven't been honest with us, as a long time client, we never recommend them to anyone. They are greedy and just look for taking more money from us and recently they put their logo in the viewer and ask us to pay even more to remove their logo. We will definitely leave them soon.

DO NOT SIGN UP THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOU

DO NOT SIGN UP! I was charged last year for a product I don't use and could not cancel even though I've tried multiple ways and they've just charged me again! That's OVER $6000 they have STOLEN. ISSUU if you are reading this please cancel my account and refund my money!

Over the years

Over the years, I have enjoyed using Issuu and watching it evolve. I've always been able to work through their tutorials and the help I've received has been valuable.

Lately, over the last 8-12 months, there's been a noticeable decline: in incident response, in the loss of features (stories and articles), in service outages and interruptions... And it's a shame because the platform used to be very good. But we're starting to consider moving to another one. And we don't want to, but...

Too much!!!

I'm really displeased that you removed the re-upload feature from our plan. It strips away one of the best features. The $ 160-per-month increase in the subscription cost to keep that feature is completely unreasonable.

Linking is the WORST!

The system for links is frustrating and incomplete! You cannot edit. You cannot review. You cannot make sure that things are working until you publish and then things don't show up right away. I am going to be spending the next few months finding a way to NOT use Issuu for a future publication.

Because I had no phone number (yes, the amount was way more than anticipated and warranted a phone call) I did what I could through email. Not a good day to ask for a review

Not a good day to ask for a review! Issuu seems to be cutting words short in the pdfs I'm uploading/trying today. Really hope this is temporary/fixable - absolutely useless to me at present.
