Terrible customer service. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to renew payments and make changes to the account. Now I’m getting prompted every time I sign in to add a credit card or PayPal, even though the account has already been paid through February of next year.
I WAS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF ISSUU for years until they raised prices. Had a few challenges along the way and they seemed to change things in the interface for the sake of changing things. In general things were good until the new ownership. They also had the cancellation hidden and support did not respond to questions on the topic until after the renewal. So we are out thousands of $$$.
I used this platform some years ago to upload my CV and portfolio and never had issues . Now , using it in the same way and creating a new account they charged me 6,000$ after 10 days. I consider this billings ridiculous for a particular account and considering I’m not a company or a business. I think they are not transparent about the subscription bills .
I love ISSUU, I love to show our beautiful designs. I love the flipping feature. But unfortunately it is far to expensive for us, a small volunteer NGO
ISSUU has been my go to resource for digital publishing for years. The quality has always been excellent and customer service quick and thorough. What else could you ask for?
I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes.
Great for editorial use
We've used Issuu for our online communications downloading platform for 15+ years. We find it easy to use, download, publish everything you need. We publish up to a 44 page magazine quarterly.
It's a perfect tool, to bring your PDF files to life. It´s virtually, not real. But it´s clean and professional. It is very easy to use. You don't have to burn books to destroy a culture. Just get people to stop reading them.
They charged me 2,200 $ which is insane when i don’t even have a company and a team and don’t even use that plataforma. Now the refuse to refund my money, i am still disputin the charged they did from my credit card.
Great and quick help by Ella. Unfortunately I made a mistake in taking a new package. With the good help of Ella I am back on track.
