I recently purchased a bike from JensonUSA, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new bike online. The bike was professionally assembled and shipped the very next day after I placed my order. Even with standard ground shipping to Colorado, it arrived in just three days. The bike arrived in excellent condition and was very well packaged. Final assembly took only about 15 minutes, requiring me to attach the handlebars and front wheel. Everything else was already dialed in—the brakes, dropper post, suspension, and shifter/derailleur all worked perfectly right out of the box. I also appreciated that the bike included a detailed assembly and quality assurance checklist, showing that it had been thoroughly inspected before shipping. Overall, this was an outstanding buying experience. Fast shipping, excellent assembly and setup, and great attention to detail. I would absolutely buy from JensonUSA again.

I bought a stem for my bike Subtotal: $34.99 Savings: -$0.00 Tax: $3.40 Shipping: $8.95 Total: $47.34. Turn out I bought the incorrect size. To return I had to pay freight back of $8.95. I am now getting a refund of only $28.02. I could of kept the stem and sold on marketplace and done better. How does that math out? With competition like amazon where you get return freight covered almost 100% of the time and then get a correct refund. I can see why anyone would purchase from Jenson. I certinaly wont. Oh well live and learn who the good companies are. I may be just being cheap but only because it feels like the return process is flawed. Fyi. This was going on a 2025 Pivot Swithblade and Have a 2026 Mach 4SL on order. So I am happy to spend money. Thank you James
