Let me start with I love your company. The experience has been very frustrating though. The product that I bought didn’t fit my bike. Then trying to return was difficult. The phone system wasn’t working, chat didn’t work, there isn’t a page form on your website to enter returns. I would rather buy from you than Amazon. Any day. But I don’t see that happening. There’s some simple things you can do to keep people returning instead of taking their loyalty elsewhere. Best wishes moving forward.

I still haven’t received the bike I ordered over two weeks ago. You charged me $100 for shipping and it’s been a nightmare. I paid PayPal $10 to change the date of delivery and UPS didn’t change it. I’ll never order another thing from your company again. You should find a better shipping partner. I’m out $1700 and still no bike. You asked for the review. I don’t wanna hear sorry, I wanna ride. Steel is real, get bent.
