I wish I had read these bad reviews before I even placed my order. Some of the negative reviews mentioned finding their ring on AliExpress, so I decided to check if I could find mine cheaper somewhere else, too... Amazon has them for €100 less. I am absolutely furious. How can you rip off your customers like this and then claim to „firmly stand behind the quality and authenticity of all our products. We do not sell counterfeit items, nor do we engage in misleading advertising“. I swear to got if my order isn’t cancelled in the next 48 hours I’ll go nuts. and don’t even THINK about messaging me to delete my negative review like you did with other customers.

I have since returned the ring I purchased and waiting on full refund , the postage to send back cost me 20.00 in which I received email to say I won’t get this back , I’ve never been with a company like this before , Quality of the ring did not meet what was shown and praying I get full refund back , as a pensioner the service is unbelievable!! They advertise on face book , TikTok and instagram wish I read reviews before hopefully I get my money returned to me .

Absolutely avoid this site if you’re planning anything important. I ordered a wedding ring (order #JEUK3535179) and the delivery information was a mess from the start, no proper tracking, no clear delivery date. Once I decided I didn’t need the ring anymore, I tried to return it the right way: I submitted a return ticket through their website and got zero response. I then emailed them directly and still got nothing back. I’ve now had the item sitting with me for days with no way to return it and no one willing to help. I ended up having to buy another ring elsewhere for my actual engagement because I couldn’t rely on this company to sort out something as simple as a return. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.
