I ordered my mums birthday present on here. The pieces I bought are lovely and well made. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t turn up on time and messaged them and I got a response really quickly with tracking info. By far the best experience I’ve had with a company in a long time. Thank you Gnoce.

Good Quality
Got a few charms a bracelet for my partner and she loved them. Quality seems pretty good and the delivery was much quicker than expected.
I bought a bracelet and 2 charms for my daughters birthday form this company.
I was really happy when i received them they were lovely and my daughter loved them.
We did experience a problem with one of the charms and when i contacted them they were really helpful and did everything they could to resolve the issue.
It was a lady called Lesley she was more than helpful and kept me updated on what was happening which i really appreciated this has all been resolved now
So a big shout out to Lesley thank you for your help.

Blown away by the help I was given 🥰
I was looking at the charms in the Japonism series, as I wanted to commemorate my upcoming trip to Japan in October with this collection, but I was having some trouble with the buy 2 get 2 free option, I added enough charms to take advantage of the offer I tried 4 first, none free, I then tried 8 charms, and none free showing up in cart, I reached out for customer service on IG and Mandy, the lovely advisor was so helpful, she gave me some helpful tips to help solve the problem,( I had to change from my phone browser to my laptop browser) and hurrah, it worked finally, I chose a lovely collection of charms and she was so kind to offer me an extra 5% discount code and also an extra free gift. I recently purchased two bracelets from gnoce. I bought one for myself and one as a gift for my best friend of 55 years who's 60th is coming up. My friend lost her mum this year so I wanted something to honour her mum as well as something special for our lifetime of friendship and I found the perfect gift within the charms, a projection charm with a pic of her and her mum and an infinity symbol with a heart engraved with bestie to honour our friendship. Shipping took longer than expected and there were some differences in the pendants than how they were displayed on the website. One of the pendants I ordered is more of a rose gold than gold and the pendant with a picture inside is hard to see.

My rings are beautiful, and seem very well made. It's great to be able to get lovely rings in my size.
