Unfortunately, I have had a nightmare experience trying to return products from Canada. The items arrived quickly, and the fabric is good quality and very soft. However, the sizing was disappointing. The pants fit much larger than a size small, and the medium top I ordered was too small. The company does not provide a return shipping label, and returning items from Canada has been extremely difficult. Customers are required to use the Zonos app, which involves photographing the products before a shipping label can be created. The app repeatedly rejected my photos, and when it finally accepted them, I was asked to pay duty on the return shipment. There was no option to indicate that I was simply returning merchandise. I even went to my local post office, hoping the process would be easier in person after unsuccessfully trying to create the label online. Unfortunately, they told me they could not create a shipping label without the Zonos app. While I was there, my package was already sealed, and I couldn’t reopen it because the post office would not provide tape to reseal it. I have contacted the company multiple times asking for assistance with a solution, but so far I have not received the help needed to complete the return. If the products were not so expensive, I would probably give up on returning them altogether. While the product quality is good, the return process for Canadian customers has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I did not receive one of my items and am having difficulty reaching them to get it resolved.
So comfy and soft! I'm definitely going to be ordering more! One note I would say is I thought I would be a medium on the first order but a small fits great because the material fits so well. I'm 5'7" 130 lbs for reference!

I never received my package. I filed a claim, letting them know that not only did I not receive the package, but that be delivery driver failed to take a photo of where they left the package. I checked all around my house and with my neighbors and have not been able to locate the package since it was a very expensive amount of clothing. I will not be shopping here again.

The items were delivered as described in a timely manner with regular email updates. My only complaint is that the shirts are a little tighter than I would like and I didn’t see any real reviews to inform me about the sizing before purchasing. The models are all wearing extra small and are well endowed so even though I have a similar frame minus the boobs, I think they were all wearing shirts that are tighter than an average person would find comfortable and I would have sized up to small. I don’t wanna deal with returns so I’ll keep them but otherwise the tops are cute and feel like decent quality.
