I bought a pair of Valentino men’s…
I bought a pair of Valentino men’s designer sandals from SENSER on July 30, 2026. It was shipped from Portugal and made its rounds through Germany and Hong Kong before finally getting to me in the United States in record time. The whole process took approximately 8 days. I really love my Italian designer sandals and highly recommend SENSER to potential customers.
Incomplete packaging
My product was a ysl work bag for my husband, $2300, delivery was prompt, the product is excellent, however it did not come with a box, just the material pouch, which wouldn’t usually matter but as it’s a gift, it felt underwhelming, luckily I took it to my local ysl store and they provided a box and ribbon.

Fast shipping. I got what I was looking for. Will use again if there’s a discount.

Great experience .. I was nervous about the shipping routes through the processing center but there were no issues and it was actually a very fast delivery. Item (Loewe shorts) exactly as described - even better in person. I think I found my new go-to site.

Really Happy with purchase.
I was a bit scared at first about authenticity of the shoes. But I just got them, and they look great. Everything looks how its supposed to. My shoes came originally from a Boutique is Switzerland. It took a few days for the order to arrive, but i was informed the entire time. I will definitely used them again.

The bag I received was defective
The bag I received was defective. And I also suspect it was a fake. The only thing I received was stuffing (pink tissue paper) and a dust bag. None of the internal tags, textile cards or paperwork that’s supplied with a luxury handbag purchase. I had my doubts when I saw it said the bag would be routed through Hong Kong, because some pretty good fakes come through those markets. And my worst suspicions were confirmed. What was suppose to be a $620USD discount turned into a nightmare. Either they are paying below market values for defective bags or overselling fakes. I will never purchase from SENSER again. I am awaiting customer service response to my email. And I already contacted my bank.

I received a damaged Gucci sweater. I returned the item and they charged me $180 fee. They are refusing to give me back the money when they sent me a damaged item. I am going to file with Better Business Bureau. This is poor business practice. I’m very upset and will never buy from here again.

I ordered the Ferragamo hug bag and it came exactly in the state that I anticipated. The shipping did take a while, the same amount of days as stated on the website when i was ordering. However i was updated every step of the way.
