Super easy to use website and so many cute options!! Ordered a dress but came a little different than in the photos and didn’t quite look right on my body. I reached out to customer service because I was so bummed it wasn’t what it looked like in the photos and was not evenly cut on the bottom of the dress and longer than expected. They were quick to respond and made the return process so easy! Will def be purchasing again and thankful for the kind support and ease :)

Excellent Customer Service
I accidentally received 2 extra tops that I didn't pay for, I let VICI know of the mistake and they let me keep them. Love their clothes as well as their customer service.

VICI is my favorite
VICI has the best customer service of any clothing company I have ever bought from. I have ordered from them for years, but this year I have spent hundreds. The clothing is of amazing quality, and the few times I have had any issues, the customer service team has been so quick to help in any way possible. I will always come back!

Update: I was contacted by costumer service and refunded my shipping fees.Changed to 4 stars. I have recently purchased quite a few dresses for special occasions. My first interaction with customer service was wonderful, they went above and beyond. This next time, AWFUL, I expedited a shipment to have a dress before an event. Received confirmation it was shipped and be delivered. It still hasn't arrived 4 days past the event and Team Lead Dan was incredibly unhelpful. He repeated himself over and over again. Even with a previous chat with a member stating my dress should have arrived the day prior for my shipping. As a repeat customer, you would think they would apologize for THEIR mistake, all I got in response was to wait until the next day and they would help me return. So frustrating.
