The dress I ordered is awesome but the fit wasn’t quite right. I contacted customer support to arrange a return but as I am from Australia returns aren’t currently possible. The customer service lady was amazing and simply issued me with a credit note with no return details. At first I thought it was a mistake but then I found her email saying no need to return the dress. I was blown away. Pretty amazing customer service. Thank you so much :-)
