Ive purchased a few times from Vici. There clothes have always been great quality and a decent fit. i love that no one else seems to know this site so i never catch myself in the same outfit as someone else. I will add as they are a US company i wouldn't expect to return any items as they don't offer free returns and paying the costs would be extortionate. However I haven't as yet wanted to return anything as its always so good!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible product quality, incorrect sizing information provided, and their return policy is nonexistant. You are basically stuck swith what you purchased with no recourse. You are out of the money. I ordered a dress in a small,using their sizing guidelines and the dress would not even zipper.

I really don’t understand why I am stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit. I wear an XS in everything. Like a size 0. Their x-small is more like a children’s size. So when I go to exchange for a Small it is out of stock. And now I’m forced to take a store credit if I return the extra small? Why is this my problem? Literally the worst. Buyer beware. Now I have to open an investigation with my credit card company to get my money back.

BEWARE. Sizes are inconsistent and you cannot return an item even if the size is off and a different size is unavailable. They only allow store credit. I will not shop here again
