Vici’s has the best customer service
Vici’s has the best customer service - they are prompt, helpful and friendly. The few times I have had any issues they have been in fulfillment and Vici has been quick to resolve them. I am a huge fan of the quality of products and also the top level of customer service they provide.

I have purchased a good amount of items from Vici and the quality is great for the price. They are unique items. I also bought a romper recently and so excited to where it on our cruise. I took it out of the package on the cruise and one of the gold buttons was missing. I emailed to see if they could ship me another button because I wanted to keep it. It is so cute! Michelle with customer service was great from the beginning. Once I sent the pictures she gave me two options, get a replacement or refund. I wanted a replacement and she processed it right away! They also shared to keep and donate the other item with the missing button. I truly appreciate great customer service when you get it. It is definitely not a common practice in larger corporations some times.

I placed an order on 06/06 and received an email confirming it would ship by 26/06. However, I have not yet received a shipping update or a tracking number. Could you please provide an update on my order status?

They were able to initiate a return exchange for the correct size that I need due to the sizing on the site being off they said it was made smaller than what it was. It was a crochet dress. The site only allows you to size down one size and I needed two sizes down from what I ordered.

Tried to order the Honey Sunset Tropical Maxi Dress for a wedding. Notes was not in stock. Clicked the link to notify me. A week passed and checked the website to see it was back in stock…never notified me. Ordered the dress and had it shipped. Arrived on Thursday. The bag was labeled with the dress but inside was an ugly beige skirt. Contacted customer service and called today. Customer service was horrible. Told them to please ship me the dress when it came back in stock for another wedding. Was told she didn’t know when it would be back in stock. I would have to keep checking the website and could call them to get a discount code so I would get it at the same price. Told her it was ridiculous that she couldn’t give me a code BUT what is more frustrating is, she wouldn’t have it automatically ordered and shipped to me when back in stock as this was clearly VICI’s mistake.
Have loved my other items but this is horrible customer service. Now I am having to find another dress in one day as the wedding is tomorrow at 2:00.
Very disappointed!!

purchased an extra romper on accident and did not receive the discount i inputted. reached out instantly and told the cost would be adjusted and i could return the extra item. once received, i was unable to return the item and never had a price adjustment. crooks.

A loyal customer who has been there many many years. I think service has declined. I am shopping from different website now because of the service these are items that were supposed to be shipped for a Paris vacation for myself for my 30th anniversary. The shipping somehow is not as it used to be so it came after I left for vacation. I did get back a week ago but got caught up with everything and today is the deadline the 25th from when it was delivered now VC is saying that it's 15 days so you know you wanna retain Client but you also have to meet the client as well. It's not like you're given a refund you are giving store credit so you need to really get through the times and see what your competitors are offer.

We do see the order was placed with Standard Shipping (3–8 business days) and it was delivered within 4 business days. However, we completely understand the timing did not work out for your vacation. For future orders, we do also offer Next Day Shipping if you need items delivered more quickly.

An order of mine was lost! Even though it said it was delivered! The customer service was amazing - they gave me a one time full refund which was a store credit. I’m so grateful. This means more than anything when a store is understanding!!!! Forever a VICI customer!!! ♥️

Their return policy is deceiving. Final sale items don't show as final sale in carts. They deceive you into thinking you will be able to easily return if an item doesn't fit, but you are stuck with it because of their strict return policy. Never buying from them again.
