I had an excellent experience with VICI’s customer service, thanks especially to Barbara. I had a complicated return situation involving multiple orders, misplaced return bags, missing SKUs, and expired return windows — and Barbara handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. She took the time to walk through each order with me, manually initiated the returns, resent invoices and QR codes, and made sure I could still use Happy Returns without any issues. She truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful process completely smooth and easy. This level of service is rare and very appreciated. Roselle was excellent! She responded quickly and offered me a solution right away. The holiday can get busy and feel fresher but Roselle was able to handle my concern with professionalism and care.

Return policy is a joke

Made it nearly impossible to start a return. Nothing in my confirmation, shipping or delivered email, was there anything about starting a return. Once I finally sat down to figure it out (kids, holidays etc.) the return would only be for store credit. Maybe that’s my fault for not reading the return policy. But really no returns ever? Only store credit. That’s absurd. Once I went to ship it out, it was already past the return window which was barely over a month. (Again holidays and kids etc.) Not an easy experience for the shopper. Personally I will not be shopping here again, it is not worth the hassle. Especially for only store credit when a return is needed. Plenty of other online stores with easier experiences for the customers and will actually give you a proper refund.

Great customer service on delivery issue

I recently purchased a beautiful jacket for my daughter’s bday. Unfortunately, the delivery service said it was delivered to my home but it wasn’t. I eventually found out it was delivered to a mailbox locker. After some researching I did find the jacket and gave it to my daughter (after her bday). When I emailed customer service they were very supportive and apologized for the mishap. I wanted to let everyone know not only are their products amazing but a good company stands behind when things don’t go as planned.

Site policies need updating to improve efficiency and customer care

When I placed my original order, I realized about two or three hours later that I chose the wrong size jeans--their site says they can't guarantee changes to orders after one hour has passed. When I requested it, Customer Care stated they cannot change it once it's in fulfillment. The problem is that the status of my order was, "Unfulfilled," not "In fulfillment." It remained unfulfilled for two business days. That's plenty of time to alter the order to reflect the correct size, no matter the logistics. They told me I would have to exchange it. Once I finally received the items, I tried to exchange online but couldn't. A chat agent explained that it's because they had low stock and couldn't guarantee it would be available by the time I got my return dropped off at the UPS store (totally understand that one). I'd had a $15 off + 50% off deal with the original order and free shipping due to my total with multiple items in the order. Now I was looking at paying 3× as much for the replacement. The agent initially stated they couldn't honor past deals but then offered a gift card to reflect the 50% off. That was nice but didn't cover the $15 off plus the $10 shipping charge. I contacted chat again to inquire about a shipping code, and the agent took forever to respond, eventually just disappearing altogether. I finally just ordered the replacement with the 50% off and paid the shipping. After that, my order confirmation did not reflect the gift card, so I had to contact them again only for that chat agent to tell me the GC was actually applied, it just doesn't show up on the order confirmation. Mind blown, and not in a great way. It was a poor experience due to company policies moreso that the chat agents' attempts at help. However, I will focus on being thankful it wasn't worse, and this is not the most important thing to be upset about. Just a minor frustration in the grand scheme of life.
