Would rate it a 0 if I could. It took a whole month for it to finally ship and my package still has not been delivered. This is the worst website to order from.

I've been waiting for my order longer than a month. They don't answer trough email, they don't have any phone number for people to talk with them, nothing. I really hope if you're reading this, never order from this store again. They said they have a lot of orders and that it will take an extra week or so for it to arrive. It's been two weeks, almoast three in a few days.

After 10 days of silence, I sent a formal written complaint asking for either tracking information or a full refund within 3 business days. The only response I received, over a week later, was a generic one-line message blaming "World Cup order volumes" — no tracking, no refund, no real engagement with my complaint at all. Based on my own experience and the pattern I've since seen in other reviews here, I'd strongly recommend against ordering from this company. This company is a scam... don't trust it. I purchased $224 worth of jerseys, getting ready for the world cup. The company took my money and did not deliver the items purchased. Customer service is a joke, they claim the items were delivered, they even provided a link to track the items. The tracking website provides different data than the one the company claims. The tracking website still shows as the items abeing shipped. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding to my emails. I would give this company negative stars if I could. Be careful when buying from this company, they will only take your money.

Almost a month on and ive had no email update and when I click on the order it says "awaiting shipment" I've emailed customer service with my order number and had no response. First time ordering from here and its been terrible so far. Im thinking of making a claim back on my credit card unless they sort it out.
