I placed an order on 31st May and it has still not arrived. The merchant provided two separate tracking numbers, but neither has updated with any actual courier scans or transit information. When trying to contact them to find out where my items are, their official customer service support email bounced back as completely undeliverable. I also tried contacting them via live chat, but they refused to provide an active delivery status or issue a refund. I have now been forced to file a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank for goods not received. Avoid this website.
I have ordered a few times from joyfball and everything was good. But I ordered another package maybe two weeks ago and still nothing changed. They say that to send and ship the order takes about 3-7 working days, but it has been over 10 working days and still nothing happend.
I have order from them on may 1st and have been waiting for a month and half. Every time email them they say that they will send it ASAP and never gives me an exact date.the tracking number they gave me is also false as i can’t track my parcel. Customer service is terrible . Don’t suggest( they also have two different websites)

I ordered croatian national shirt and I added in chat that i want on the back of the shirt player: Gvardiol, number: 4. And I waited 3 weeks for shirt to come and on the back they put Player Gvardiol 4. And now they are not even answering my masseges or emails.

Order 5 shirts and has still not been delivered it’s been 2 months and my package has been seized 2 times. I would buy again but no I’m not spending anymore money on this site ever again and will stick to other rep websites since other reps don’t take this long.
Shirts are very bad quality - even for fakes. But you can't return or get your money back as they are China based. The "support" email could not care less. Complete scam. They could send a potato or an empty box and there's nothing you could do. They will not part with your money once it's gone. Stay away.
The shipping took a while but im fine with that but what pissed me off is that i got 2 jeresys one Barcelona jeresy and one france jeresy. And the Barcelona jeresy was 1:1 nothing was wrong with but the france jeresy everything was wrong the badge was a whole different badge different colour everything about it was wrong. And this was my first time buying from here and all my friends that bought from here had 1:1 quality and nothing was wrong.
Ultimately this is a scam / money making process relying on people to buy and not be bothered to challenge. I assume by the other reviews that it's a roll of the dice and you *might* end up getting the size and quality of shirt that you are happy with. I have ordered 4 shirts over 2 orders. First 2 were too small (even at XL, and I'm only 5'8 who infrequently goes to the gym), and the name and print was wrong for the kit and was not pressed on properly so had weird patches where the glue had melted weirdly. I obviously expected the quality to be worse than official shirts, but it was much worse than I thought it would be. And the material is so thin. I also had issues in the ordering process with the next 2 and Customer Services were unbelievably lazy / naive / arrogant and weren't reading my emails or dealing with the problem. They would just say 'it's been shipped' over and over. Utterly deceitful 'business' counting on people like me taking a punt. Wish I hadn't - for the money I spent I could have got one official shirt that would actually be worth wearing, and could be returned if didn't fit properly etc. Don't fall for it.
Honestly, Joyfball was a really good company for me to get replica kits. However it's a shoot in the dark with these guys. I've been lucky and got everything perfect in size, each time and in the beginning the kits were amazing. However since my first purchases, the recent ones have been like horrible. Of course, on some kits the stickers on the back (number and name) falls of quicker or slower on the kits but it varies. The quality also has been not always 100% but for the price it's amazing to me at least so far.
Ordered a few times always great cheap but similar jerseys no difference also recently bought wrong size sent them message within a day they changed it no bother really good for me!
