I ordered a jersey about 1 month and a half haven’t got a email a text message from my messages or what’s app I have reached out to them 3 times no replies they don’t contact on there website and they logged me out and said I don’t have any orders or awaiting jerseys so if you would want to buy from here go try it out my recommendation is to not buy from here they are complete scammers trying to get your money and not give you what you payed for
Received my items - quality is decent. Sizing was good. I would say a tad on the smaller size but not out by a full size. Problem was - it took 6 weeks to arrive. 4 weeks with no contact after which I started a chargeback. Then they sent tracking details none of which worked as they send them way too early. Ultimately items arrived but their lack of communication will cost them money. Just posting so people know it is a legitimate site.
If you’re willing to be patient you will get quality yes it takes a long time took me about 2 months to get my order but the quality and packaging is unbeatable. (Size up one for sure)

I selected to use Joyfball due to having some family members use them. Safe to say they delivered. I ordered about a week from the start of the World Cup expecting 2-3 weeks for delivery. I received them just today so about a month. Customer service always answered my emails within 2 days and were very helpful. World Cup put a lot of demands on them which i understand. Overall extremely happy with my jerseys and would order from here again.

I usually never write reviews but now I am. I keep seeing reviews of people waiting 3-4 weeks for their jerseys and not coming. Yes it does take a while usually 3-4 weeks but now with the World Cup it takes longer. Their website literally put up a statement that orders will be delayed 2-3 weeks and people are putting a lot of 1 star reviews. I’ve ordered a lot from joyfball a lot and the jersey quality is amazing and prices are even even better. 30$ CAD for a Barca jersey player edition with a name on the back. It’s a steal. Orders 8 world cup jerseys on June 20th and came today on July 20th. Would’ve put 5 star but the only issue is delivering times takes a while but worth the wait.

Although I said it was taking a while, this quality is amazing. If it came in 2-3 weeks it would’ve been 5 stars but it came in 6 weeks so it loses a star for that and being very hard to talk to. Some of the highest quality kits I have ever seen and they got everything I wanted perfectly.
