I have always had great service from J&P. Since moving from US to New Zealand I have discovered there are no options in country for classic HD parts, and most US based sources charge ridiculous amounts for shipping, or just refuse. For this order, one item was missing from a split shipment. Communications were clear and the missing item showed up in a couple days. Will remain a loyal customer!
