You still have the largest selection of music at reasonable prices. Thank you for carrying everything that you do. The website is user friendly and easy to use and you have the most recordings and ability to look inside the music which helps a lot in deciding whether or not to purchase each piece of music.

Devon was amazing!!! He went above and beyond helping me straighten out my order (I had thought I had double ordered!) and he helped me clean my cache! I am old and don't think about doing that! Devon needs a raise! He was professional, polite, easy to understand, and a delight!

I like the website in general, but I mail things on a regular basis, so I know shipping shouldn't be near that much. Paying that much for shipping feels like a complete rip-off. More scores available for e copies would also be appreciated.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, Fern. Thank you for your feedback and for being a valued Pepper customer.
It is the most honest, and quickest version of their website. I also love their score sheets on YouTube that has live band playing that gives music such a character.
