Terrible.
Terrible. Today was a total frustration to keep the card in full and not lose items as adding more items. Keeping the card in place and not lose items that were already safe was crazy impossible. The items will just disappear as you add a new item. Just terrible.

Everything went well until payment. Your site wouldn't take either of my credit cards and there doesn't seem to be any other way to pay. So I had to call Customer Service.

My specialist was great
My specialist was great! She was patient with me and found ways to better communication while my service was bad. Unfortunately I missed her name and my phone service did not agree with the survey. I did not have a good experience with the bot at the beginning of the call. It misheard me and started calling me Sharon and then it was confused and I was confused and so I just started saying "specialist" repeatedly until it transferred me. Luckily I wasn't on hold for long periods of time or anything.

Appreciated having the option to either receive the published music or to just print electronically. The latter is a much more convenient form to have it in, with no need to pay shipping. The process of accessing it was clear and easy to do.
