The agent I worked with was AMAZING!! Lana was able to answer all of my questions and placed my order right over the phone. Since my quotes had expired it was a lot more work for her, but her professionalism was spot on. My orders were placed in a very timely manner. Thank you!!!
We're happy we could be helpful! Thank you for your order and your review.
This was my first order from J.W. Pepper. I appreciate the availability of many musical options, including handbells and orchestra. I wish, however that there was a legal paper size option for the orchestra director's score. Letter and A4 paper sizes are too short but the Tabloid is too long. A legal-size option would be perfect.
Thank you for this valuable feedback, which we will use to make improvements. We appreciate your order and your review!

A polite and very helpful person, even though two requested titles were unavailable through JWP. Many thanks!

I was able to order one copy of the sheet music I needed (a lot of places have a minimum order of 10 copies), and it came in a timely manner.

I was looking for an eprint of a Libertango score for a womenchoir, and J.W. Pepper is the only website where I found the score online. It is very easy to order and to get the score.

My order was placed very promptly with no difficulties!

The delivery was fast & great. The gloves are a great fabric. I ordered gloves with NO wrist wrap but received ones with wrap.

Prompt service. Excellent Pricing and a great range of music.
We're happy to hear that! Thank you for your review and for being a Pepper customer.
They had what I wanted (music storage envelopes) in the quantity that I wanted (30). Navigating the payment with credit card was a bit tricky as they had an old symphony address attached to my name and I couldn't find any way to remove it...but I'll be busy filing music when the order gets here on Monday.

It was very easy to order from the website. I like the fact that I can listen to the music before purchasing it. I only wish they would let us know the length of the choral pieces for planning purposes of a concert.
We're happy to hear that you had a good experience ordering from us. Thank you for your order and your review!

I easily found what I was looking for. The price was just right. I was able to get just the amount of copies I needed without having to buy a minimum of 10. Although, if I had gotten the digital copies I would have had to order to the minimum, but I'm not in a big hurry to get them, so shipping was fine. However the price of shipping is a little high, in my opinion. Overall, I am very satisfied.
Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer. We appreciate your order and your review.
I could listen to the music before buying- very important. And it was very easy to order and print.
