Kaplan was kind enough to allow me to study at my own pace. Although it took me a long time to complete my exam because I was recovering from spin surgery. Kaplan was my motivation to continue to study. I did really well on the exam and was able to obtain my license. Thank you Kaplan

It would be far better if it was…

It would be far better if it was narrated to the learner. In addition, your examples were not good, and they did not correlate to the actual test. Additionally, practiced test questions after each lesson were completely different from those in the actual state test. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lot of legal jargon without providing examples in layman terms to help the learner understand. You guys need to revise your lessons with zeal! I believe I scored a 73% on the test. That is the first time in my life that I've ever dropped below an 88% on any test. To me, that typifies that you're training is woefully in need of revisement. I was close to giving you guys a one in my rating.

Layout was quite confusing, with how sections drop out of one area and appear into another upon completion. Overall I would have preferred learning from a book.

sooooo boring. it was torture. unengaging, the only reason i took this course was because it was required. i learned more from youtube than i did from this course. i would not recommend this to anyone at all

Very poor, ineffective review course

Very poor review course with no engagement and no instruction. The text used is riddled with errors, hard to understand, and comes with no support. Very disappointed.

Poor instruction ahead of time

Due to computer issues, I was 13 minutes late to a 4 hour class I signed up for. I logged into the class and it hadn't started the lesson yet. The teacher was still just going over the weather and then moved into what would be reviewed during the class I was removed from the class after a minute. When I asked why, I was told it was because they had an unwritten policy that if you were 10 minutes late, you wouldn't get credit It threw off my entire day as I had planned work around the class, and then I just had to pay to do another class. Extremely bad experience

Took and passed the SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 exams on the first attempt. The tests are long and cover an extensive amount of material for which the Kaplan coursework covered. I am very satisfied.
