There were several topics tested that were either not discussed or were only briefly mentioned without sufficient explanation. Additionally, a significant amount of time during the webinar was spent on topics that we were told would likely not appear on the exam, while concepts that were heavily tested received little attention.

Kaplan's P&C licensing course fulfilled its purpose by preparing me to pass the state exams on my first attempt. However, supplementing the materials with ChatGPT was a major factor in my success as well, which is why I'm giving a 4/5 rating. If I hadn't used that extra tool to bolster my understanding of the concepts and terms, I think I would've scored 5-10% lower on the exams. Don't get me wrong, I am very glad I had access to the Kaplan course and I recommend it to anyone looking to get licensed in Property and/or Casualty Insurance! If fractions of stars were allowed, I'd actually give a 4.8/5.

I signed up and paid for the course because I believed that I could take the test to obtain my OH Health license online, only to find that the capability to do that ended in March.
