Very responsive, and fast problem solving. Very satisfied with the customer service
Excellent food plan that is easy to follow
I’ve been following Kcal’s meal plan for 3 weeks now and have had a very positive experience so far. The food is genuinely varied, well prepared and properly organised, so it doesn’t feel like I’m eating the same “diet food” every day. I occasionally feel hungry just before the next meal, which I feel is completely normal, but otherwise I have good energy levels, sleep very well and never feel weak. Combined with regular walking, I’ve already seen encouraging progress. The biggest benefit for me is that Kcal removes the planning, calorie counting and portion guesswork while still providing enjoyable meals. It makes sticking to a structured diet much easier. Very happy with the service so far.
