Easy and Safe Transaction

Was easy to use. Live friendly phone help was never more than 5 minutes away. Made for a safe and easy transaction for both myself and the buyer. Especially recommend if the seller has a lien on the vehicle. They act as a car dealer and basically buy the vehicle from the seller and sell it to the buyer. They even supply temporary tags to the buyer at completion. Would definitely use again

It was a great experience to a process that can be pretty scary since it’s a lot of $$$ involved. They made it easy, safe and the charges were reasonable.

Vehicle sold through Hagerty…Handled by Key Savvy

Vehicle sold through Hagerty Marketplace Auction. Buyer turned out to be less than honorable. I notified Key Savvy and Hagerty on the third day that there was something wrong. Received NO reply other than "canned" "We reached out to the buyer". Couldn't reach out because the buyers email was fake, buyer would not answer phone and rarely responded to text other than to offer excuse and put-off. In the meantime Key Savvy had listed themselves on the title as buyer of my vehicle. 10 days and I finally was at the end of all the BS from Hagerty and Key Savvy. They tried to get me to resale the vehicle and they "would hold the title" for the transaction. Well, I guess they would since they had their name put in as the buyer. Basically, they both knew from a couple days in that the supposed buyer was a scam, but they kept me and my title tied up hoping I'd run through them again. Finally got my title back and it's taken over a week working with the state of Texas to get it straight. I'd recommend stay away from any of these supposedly secure deal handlers. Maybe when it goes right it's ok if you want them deciding when you can have your money and if something goes wrong you have a mess on your hands getting it straightened out. They won't help you at ALL! Once things start going sour...........try getting ahold of them by phone! Good Luck!

We’re sorry this transaction ended this way. Having a buyer back out after you’ve committed to selling your vehicle is frustrating, and we understand why you were disappointed. In transactions like this, we can’t force a buyer to complete a purchase if they choose to cancel. While we work to verify participants and facilitate the transaction, we can’t control another party’s actions. We also want to clarify that our support team is available by phone, chat, and email throughout the process. If we fell short of your expectations for communication, we sincerely apologize. Our goal is always to return sellers to a position where they can move forward as quickly as possible if a transaction doesn’t close. We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback.

Trust worthy process

The process was very transparent and straightforward for both buyer and seller than any other service I have seen.

KeySavvy - Safe and Easy Car Sale!

KeySavvy offered a safe and easy way to carry out a car sale transaction with an out of state buyer. I felt so relieved when I found this option, that I could move to the next step with confidence that the sale would be secure. Thank you KeySavvy!

Buyer of an expensive vintage car…

I am a buyer of an expensive vintage car. I am very happy with the service. KeySavvy provided the prior owner's title for me to sign, with KeySavvy's signature as Agent, so I was able to maintain an unbroken record of private ownership - which was a concern. I am also very happy with the temporary MN tags enabling me to get insurance and drive the car immediately upon delivery.

Thank you, Keysavvy! What a gift!

Thank you, KeySavvy! I couldn’t have done it without you. You answered all my questions promptly, took away the anxiety of selling a car privately, handled the secure transfer of funds, and facilitated the entire buyer purchase process within about three hours. They even paid off my existing auto loan almost immediately. For anyone with a straightforward private-party vehicle sale, I highly recommend KeySavvy. The process was smooth, professional, and gave both the buyer and me peace of mind throughout the transaction. A very satisfied seller!

Awesome

So easy to use. Everything is easy to set up and see on your dashboard. The fact that they handle the transaction as a dealer makes the paperwork seamless. The one question I had via email was answered quickly and thoroughly by a real human. I can't recommend KeySavvy more highly.

KeySavvy is lying in the 3rd sentence of their response…

Business is lying in the 3rd sentence of their response to my complaint. I have email proof from a customer service rep at K.S. stating that they are aware of the incorrect title being sent and they will correct the problem, to wit... "On Jun 2, 2026, at 7:22 PM, KeySavvy Support wrote: Hi Stephen, KeySavvy here! WE CONFIRM THAT THE FIRST TITLE PACKET WE MAILED TO YOU HAD THE INCORRECT CALIFORNIA TITLE, BUT THE NEW PACKET WE MAILED DUE TO THE ISSUE WITH FEDEX WAS SENT VIA USPS, AND CONTAINS THE CORRECT MONTANA TITLE. Kindly, Bailey - Support" I also have photographic proof of the incorrect, expired title. If TrustPilot would use current accepted standards in review formats and provide space for photographic evidence, those of us with complaints could prove our claims. But I will attempt to use analog methods to describe the incorrect and expired title. In the top R corner of the damaged title 1st sent, the "Registration Expiration Date" reads 11/26/2025, on a CA title. This vehicle should have been on a MT title, and if KeySavvy had performed the service for which I paid, they would have seen by simple examination (like I did) that the state was wrong, and the expiration date was several months old. Instead, they wasted valuable time (OK only gives a new registrant sixty days to complete the process of transfer) by sending the wrong title, not taking into consideration that FedEx regularly damages paper documents, and arguing with me over emails while the OK DMV clock is ticking. Secondly, my request for the replacement title was via USPS Return Receipt, which would have indicated to K.S. that I had received the package. Instead, they used the cheapest USPS method and received a vague "...package was left at front desk..." as proof that I was handed the replacement title. KeySavvy continues to reproduce their lie about the incorrect title several more times in their response.

Stress free and easy!

We were very skeptical when our seller said he was using keysavvy for the transaction but after a lot of research we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did! The process was as described. Keysavvy took care of everything and gave detailed instructions every step of the way. It literally was stress free!

Made the car selling process a breeze!

Made the car selling process a breeze! I was selling my vehicle which still had a balance on the loan. KeySavvy handled all the paperwork, payments to my lender, title transfer, everything for the private buyer who also had very little to do. Super simple, easy and convenient. Customer service was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions I had. Definitely the way to go if selling your vehicle!

Savvy on how to blackmail customers for lost titles.

Please heed this warning and avoid this company, unless you like being blackmailed for titles lost in the mail. I purchased 3/1/26, paid fees to this company for a researched and confirmed title, only to be sent an expired title from another state, which was denied by my local DMV. The company then agreed to send the correct title from the correct state, only to have it lost in shipment to me. (They claim to have a signed receipt from USPS, but would not provide it.) When I explained it did not arrive here, and that they would NOT find my signature on the return receipt, they simply informed me that the situation was "out of our control." Then they offered a solution - pay a $94 ransom for another copy of the title, and you may or may not receive it either, because we will always claim any situation is out of our... well, you know the rest of the story.

Hello, We sent the original title packet on April 1. Shortly thereafter, you notified us that the package had been severely damaged during transit. While the title itself was not expired or incorrect, we agreed that due to the condition of the package and documents, it may not be accepted by the DMV. At that time, we requested photos of the damage so that we could file a claim with FedEx. However, we were informed that the delivery driver had taken the package back before photos could be obtained. FedEx later redelivered the package on April 9. Once we received photos of the damaged documents, we immediately requested a replacement title on your behalf and did not charge you for the associated replacement fees. You also requested that we not use FedEx for the replacement shipment. We honored that request and sent the replacement title via USPS Priority Mail on April 16. USPS tracking shows the package was delivered on April 20. The tracking information was uploaded to your dashboard, and notifications were sent when the replacement packet was shipped. On June 4, you contacted us indicating that you had not received the replacement package and believed we had sent the wrong title. After reviewing the history of the transaction, we confirmed that the original issue involved shipping damage, not an incorrect or invalid title, and that the replacement package had been marked as delivered by USPS. Had we been notified shortly after the package was marked delivered, we may have been able to work with USPS to locate the shipment or initiate a claim. Unfortunately, given the amount of time that has passed since the documented delivery date, those options are no longer available. We understand that this situation is frustrating. However, it is important to clarify that at no point did we provide an invalid, expired, or incorrect title. The original title was replaced solely due to shipping damage, and the replacement title was subsequently mailed and confirmed delivered.

A great service.

This website offers a fantastic service, and I'm really happy that they could assist me in selling this vehicle, and keeping in touch with the buyer. The process was a bit slow at first, but this was my first sale. The next one should much smoother and I will be able to complete the paperwork in a more expedited manner. Thank you.

I sold my B class RV through KeySavvy and it was such an easy and seamless process. I had never heard of them, but the buyer presented the idea of using them since neither of us knew how to properly do the exchange between the payment and document processing. KeySavvy was our middle man who took care of everything so we both felt safe with the process. My loan got paid off with ease, the buyer got he’s RV, and all the paperwork was processed correctly,
