Everything went smoothly, KeySavvy is a huge help and protects both sides.
Everything went smoothly for both parties when I bought a vehicle out of state and had it shipped. I registered the vehicle and paid all fees. The step by step instructions along with the various paperwork and labels that KeySavvy provides are a huge help for both me and the processors at the title/tax office. The fees are very reasonable and can be split between the buyer and seller. If you have any questions during the process KeySavvy will answer them. Having a dealer/escrow service to protect both parties is very nice to have. Thank you for offering this service and I will definitely be using KeySavvy again.

Purchasing a private party vehicle out state can be a bit stressful. KeySavvy took all the worries out of the transaction. The process was very easy to follow. Highly Recommend KeySavvy!
I can’t say enough good things about KeySavvy. I first heard about them through my Tesla Facebook groups, but I didn’t pay much attention until it was time to sell my car. I was nervous about getting scammed, especially since I still had a loan and my buyer planned to finance. After learning more about how KeySavvy works, I felt completely comfortable moving forward.
The entire process was incredibly easy. They handled everything. They obtained the payoff from my lender, coordinated with the buyer’s bank, and kept both of us updated. The buyer picked up the car, and I had my money within an hour. My loan was paid off quickly as well.

A breeze, correct out-of-state car buyer policies
Once you get everything set up it is an absolute BREEZE to purchase a car from a private seller. Instant bank transfers up to $50k. They also correctly apply the laws for out-of-state buyers (i.e., that you pay taxes for the state of registration, NOT the state of purchase) which even many brick and mortar dealers do not do correctly. I will say that they out-sourced their identity verification to a company called "Persona," and that was a huge pain in the a$$. It's supposed to recognize a picture of your ID, but it fails for any lighting, any camera, any angle, and almost any ID. Persona needs to dramatically improve their technology, but KeySavvy was awesome.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel I need to write one for this occasion. Trying to sell a car to an individual rather than just trading it in isn’t an easy task. I still owed a bank on my car that I was selling…. I was also selling to someone in California while I live in North Carolina. Having said all of that…. I basically had to do nothing except sit back and key savvy took care of everything. and I literally mean everything! The only thing I had to do was pop in to the website and fill out a document here and there as they needed them. And it was over as fast as it began.
They took care of contacting my bank, paying off the loan, depositing the extra money into my account, ran interference with the shipping company that shipped the car to California, etc. It’s unbelievable how easy they made the whole process! I will recommend tKeySavvy over and over again!

The communication throughout the process was GREAT! Purchasing vehicles out of state is a stressful encounter and when it's a private seller, both the seller and buyer will come to a point where who sends what first...does the seller send the title first? Does the buyer wire money first? KeySavvy makes it easy for all involved by being the go-between that makes it all happen.

Exceptional selling experience
Exceptional selling experience. It's a bit confusing as the views are dynamic depending on the stage. A little bit more detail like a step by step flow chart of the to entire process from both seller and buyer perspective would help clarify. With that said, I have sold 2 cars in 3 years both via the ey savvy, buyer got instant EV tax credit and i highly recommend key savvy for buying/selling cars.

Game Changer!
I had not heard about KeySavvy until my buyer suggested that we make the exchange there. WOW! Game Changer! This is the only way to exchange a vehicle between a buyer and seller who aren't acquainted. Very good price, very responsive, all services including paying off loan and registration / temporary license plate. And no more carrying lots of cash to meet someone you don't know. What a superb experience to buy Tesla through keysavvy. Very smooth process. Each and every steps well explained and updated online through out whole buying process.
